Frequently Asked Questions

When is your next workshop?

Traditionally, we do not offer workshops that the public can sign up for. Our workshops are scheduled with schools, girl scout troops, youth, and community groups. Our workshops are unique in the way that we travel to your school or community venue.

How can my daughter attend your workshop?

Your daughter’s school can contract A Beautiful Me to provide a workshop series, retreat, program, or assembly.

Would you come to our school?

Yes, A Beautiful Me will travel to where we are invited – which includes nationally and internationally, if requested.

How much does it cost?

The expense of each workshop, retreat, or program differs on distance. Contact us at hello@ABeautifulMe.com to obtain more details.

Would you provide an all-school assembly?

Yes, a couple of our presentations can lend themselves to an all-school assembly, but we suggest that this be provided to just the girls.

Do you offer any programs for boys?

No, we do not offer programs just for boys. Our vision is to foster the self-worth in ALL women of ALL ages. Upon request, we DO offer an interactive workshop for combined male/female.

How can I get involved?

We need people who see the value of investing in our youth – Board of Directors, Ambassadors, Volunteers, Mentors, and Facilitators. Complete our application to begin the process and be added to our ‘team’. CLICK HERE to download the application, complete and return.

What ages to provide workshops for?

We provide workshops, presentations, retreats, and assemblies for all girls in 3rd-12th grades, as well as for adult women. Our pinpoint target audience is 5th grade girls. Our FREE business program is offered to teen girls in 8th-11th grades.

Do you have any data that your curriculum is effective?

Yes, during our signature “be-YOU-tiful 4-Part Workshop Series” we ask all participants to complete a 10 question self-esteem assessment at the first and fourth week. This outcome data provides a snapshot of the growth of our youth within eight hours of hands-on time.
