Hello beautiful people! In this first blog post, I want you all to get to know me a little bit, so you know who is behind this newly created blog. My name is Izzy Kelly, I am in the 8th grade at Marysville Middle School, and here is a little about myself. I am an only child, I live with my mom, my mom’s boyfriend, and his son Aiden. I have had an interesting childhood, but I could not be more grateful for the life I have today. I have been in dance since I was two years old, and I love it so much! I love to sing, dance, camp, try new restaurants, hang out with family and friends, and shop!
About a year ago, if someone were to ask me what A Beautiful Me was, I would have no idea. I found out about The Closet by A Beautiful Me in April of 2022, and at first I never would have thought a dress store could impact my life so much. The Closet by A Beautiful Me is MORE than a dress store. It is a space that offers FREE business and philanthropy training. It has brought me such amazing opportunities, some including, walking the runway at a gala with over 250 people attending, meeting new teens in my community, assisting with A Beautiful Me 4-part workshop series in a Marysville Elementary School, creating bonds with people I work with, and so much more.
The holiday season is approaching quickly! Here at The Closet by A Beautiful Me we are getting in the holiday spirit. One thing that we are bringing new to the community this holiday season are “Build your own Beautiful Bundles!” This product would make great Christmas gifts at a reasonable price and we are so excited to be able to make this happen
“Build your own Beautiful Bundles” will feature one of our specially designed “Choose Gratitude” mugs and you choose two $5 items, an ice cream coupon from A Little Something, and then we specially wrap the gift with repurposed material and a custom gift tag! This gift is a special way to show gratitude to a friend or family member with custom chosen items just for them.
We are excited to launch this new product and start spreading the holiday cheer! This season will be a fun one, and we are ready for the holidays! Our launch date is set for Black Friday, November 25 and Small Business Saturday, November 26, so be on the lookout for new updates!!
